Gardening Books

No good prepper is complete without a library of gardening books. While my family has certainly *cough* been enjoying our mid-May snowstorm here in Colorado, I can say that we're all more than ready for summer to come. At the moment, my littles are working on their gardening skills at Grandpa's house. When they return, we'll be helping our friends in their own gardens.

If you've been thinking about doing a little gardening this summer, the time to start is now. Here are a few new books on gardening that can help improve your food storage this year.

The Little Book of Horseradish: for garden, kitchen, and pantry

The Vegetable Gardener's Container Bible: How to Grow a Bounty of Food in Pots, Tubs, and Other Containers

Small Space Garden: How To Grow Everything You Need For A Salad And More (Small Space, Tiny Home, Container Garden, Edible Garden, Green Thumb, Beginner Garden)

Container Gardening: 250 Design Ideas & Step-by-Step Techniques

Urban Homesteading: Heirloom Skills for Sustainable Living
